Over the past couple of years, we have had customers come to us with all sorts of issues regarding their websites. As you go on reading, you'll find a short study of our customers' complaints and our solutions to help them. We hope this will give you a better understanding of how outsourcing to us works.


There is a standard procedure that we follow when it comes to meeting up with the needs of our customers. While some clients want the entire structure of their website redesigned, others have asked us to make alterations only in certain required sections of the site. The basic procedure is as follows -


1) Templates are designed in Adobe Photoshop
2) These templates are then sent to the customer in JPEG format for approval
3) Once approved, the Photoshop file is sliced and optimized for web graphics (formats used are mainly GIF, JPEG and occasionally, PNG)

 
The web development team then comes into play.
1) Using the original file as reference, we get to work using a WYSIWIG editor such as Dreamweaver, which is the preferred editor for web development
2) After the HTML coding is done, the page is converted into a template to maintain consistency throughout the site
3) CSS or Cascading Style Sheets are also used for visual formatting of the page and fonts.

 

How we function:
Customers are not expected to understand each and every step that we take to have their websites designed, but we think it is necessary for you to understand how it is that we function as a team, and how you can benefit out of having your work outsourced to us. Team effort is prioritized as is customer feedback. Another very important point that we stress on is following our customers' instructions as we believe that customer satisfaction is key. As far differences in time zones are concerned, we always have at least one person at the office who is ready to communicate with customers either through e-mails, Yahoo! chat or Skype.

 

Were our customers satisfied?
According to one of them: "This is INCREDIBLE!!! The graphics and text are marvelous!" Well, this only marks the beginning for us and we can only hope that we continue to learn and satisfy more people and see that they think our work is “incredible” and “marvelous” too.
