Trial Period for Shillong Job Candidates

 

This is a one week to one month paid orientation program that will prepare candidates to work for Chillibreeze in Shillong. The goal is to help us determine if candidates are good fit for our fast paced work. Out of each group we will only select one or two as trainees. Those not chosen will still benefit because they will be better prepared to find a job and equipped with basic skills that will help them work for another company.

Who can benefit from this?

bulletThe program is designed to benefit NE India in a small way. The participants will get encouragement and guidance to help them enter the global market. It is good for anyone from NE who is just starting their career to give them a glimpse of a global company.

 

What is the purpose of this program?

bulletPrimarily to train new people entering our company but at the same time we want to provide career direction and teach good work habits so that those who are not selected will be better prepared.
