You will need to spend time training while working on live projects. Because of the time commitment required we need our staff families supporting us at 101%. Since there are few people in NE India with work experience we must train extra hard. Our training will cover areas such as teamwork, communication, customer relationship, software, work ethics and more. You will listen to speakers, watch training DVDs and be mentored as you work on customer projects. It is on going holistic training that not only teaches skills but also character. Since we are making a large investment into each person we require a commitment to work for Chillibreeze for at least 2 years and return the investment in time spent on you.
Who are you looking for?
We want people from NE India who like to work as a team to achieve the goals of the company. Attitude and integrity are most important combined with good communication skills. Excellent written English is required.
What kind of jobs are available?
We need people to write articles, draw illustrations, research online, write case studies, design magazines, create industrial animation and make Power Point presentations. All our work is for American and European customers. Our Shillong office does graphics and animations. We prefer people with two years experience but we are willing to train the right people.

What is the pay?
We pay a salary that is based on results so we start low and evaluate every 6 months. We believe it is fair to pay performers more therefore some of our salaries very high by Shillong standards.
