We have a boot camp to provide orientation to help new employees. The goal for this program is to help new inexperienced people be able to provide value to their family, community and place of work. Some will be selected from each group. They will then be better prepared to fit into the high performance, excellence driven Chillibreeze work environment and be able to achieve more of their potential. The main theme is Discipline so that they earned their way into Chillibreeze.
What training sessions do you have?
We have set aside Saturday as a day of training. For example we may study John Maxwell's leadership principles or Tom Peters sales ideas or the Four Disciplines of Execution. We have experts come in to teach software skills, design ideas and even cultural training. It is urgent to get our team capable in so many areas so we have created interesting and challenge training programs.
What certification do you expect?
Our team is expected to acquire approved certificate from Adobe or others to push them to learn new areas and be benchmarked to global standards. For example we want our designers to get Adobe ACE certification.
Describe your team and help me understand your abilities?
We have 15 designers and another department of content writers. We strive to provide service to customers such that they will be willing to refer us to other with a positive quote.
