Our Leadership Development  

 

We started as a department of a software company and spun off as our own company. Because of this and because we started in a remote area we needed to build a foundation. To do this we are building a core team of leaders who make decisions based on values. Many of the management principles promoted by Tom Peters, John Maxwell and other Western experts are not applicable in this context.

Who makes the decisions?

bulletWe create a culture to encourage ownership of decisions. The goal is to provide freedom (and rewards) to make decisions to those who have earned this responsibility.

 

How are you preparing leaders?

bulletWe are raising leaders by giving more responsibility to those who earn it. The focus of training is on leadership development to help our leaders become servant leaders.

 

What is your strategy for leadership?

bulletThe plan is to build leaders by modeling, sink or swim, encouraging, teaching, coaching and giving them people to lead. The core of this is our Truth over Harmony program that creates a coaching structure for accountability, performance and helping people be the best they can be.
