Joanna and Ralph have been married for 20 years and some of their married life has been spent in India. Their daughter Bonnie was born in Bangalore. Through her husband, Joanna has learned to be a risk taker. Life never stands still with Ralph and even Bonnie is learning this. Joanna's role in Chillibreeze is as diverse as the services we provide. She is involved in sales, brainstorming and giving feedback to CB staff, business development, QC, marketing and writing, finance and HR.
Sangita
Sangita, together with Matilda, also plays an important role in keeping Chillibreeze moving ahead. She makes sure that tea is served in time and that the office is kept clean. She is also aspiring to learn new things in life and this can seen when in her free time, she would sit in a free computer and practice typing.
Banrie
Banrie is currently working as a web administrator. Besides her daily work, she's also learning Macromedia Contribute, a software which helps her update the contents of the chillibreeze web site.
Sainbor
Sainbor Kharbithai has a hunger to learn as much as possible. He has over eight years' experience in graphic design, working both as a freelancer and for NGOs, newspapers and a regional magazine. His skills and experience in design were much appreciated by one of our American clients on a personal visit to our Shillong office. Sainbor has contributed manifold to the development of Chillibreeze's Design Team.
Ralph
Ralph's roles in Chillibreeze are marketing and raising leaders. He starts his day by noting down vital priorities for the day. He's an expert at making things happen and has work habits that help him focus on what is important. During his free time, he likes to grow trees and go hiking in the hills around Shillong.
James
James holds a Master's degree in Biological Science from North Eastern Hill University. With no training in design, his world as a former freelancer revolved around Photoshop. In the time he's been in Chillibreeze, he's learned typesetting, InDesign and leadership. He's also our in-house PowerPoint guy and enjoys creating Power Points for a group of American consultants. He likes reading novels by Louis Lamour and Robin Cook, loves Christian music and playing video games.
Bapan
Before coming to Chillibreeze he was working as a DTP operator for one of the well known Offset Press in Shillong. Before joining Chillibreeze he thought was it a right move to join CB as he was totally ignorant of the work culture of a foreign company but he was wrong as he is feeling at home since joining. With all the staffs and team leaders working here it is such a fun experience.
Prem
Prem has participated in the prestigious Manipur State Kala Academy Exhibition where his work earned him the State Kala Academy Award, the Manipur Art Society Exhibition, Manipur and the Art Exposition, Manipur sponsored by Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi. He was also part of the German Festival in India, held in Bhopal in 2001.
His work and achievements at such a young age has fostered in him the desire to be the best he can be. He has specialized in wood carving, wood inlay, clay modelling, painting and drawing. Prem is presently with the 3D modeling and art division in Chillibreeze and works on organic models like human faces, which is related to his previous experience in sculpting. He hopes to have the opportunity to explore his talent with us and learn in the process.
Nimai
Nimai is from Kakching, Manipur and has a degree in Commerce from the North Eastern Hill University. He was previously working as a local sculptor and 3D modeler. He would like to someday specialize in animation too. Along with Prem he makes up our four member 3D Art and Design team. He currently works on creating 3D models of human faces for clients all over the world. Working at Chillibreeze has helped him mechanize his thoughts and face challenges in a positive way. He aspires to be the best in business one day and be known worldwide.
Ruchi
Ruchi completed her Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Nepal and was working there as a software programmer for some time. After marriage she moved to Shillong and is now working with Chillibreeze as a Web designer.
Lovina
She has completed her B.Com graduation from St Anthony's College with a major in Income Tax. Additionally, she has completed her Master Accountant course from The Institute of Computer Accountants. Previously she had been working as a Tally instructor at Web Vision Institute in Police Bazaar. Apart from this she also wants to specialize in other fields.
Clarissa
Clarissa has completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Shillong Commerce College. She also did a computer course from The Institute Of Computer Accountants in Master Accountant. This is her first job and she has gained lots of experience at Chillibreeze and would also like to learn many things here.
Manisha
Manisha was born and brought up in Shillong. She completed her high school education from St. Margaret's School and has a graduate degree in Income Tax and Auditing from St. Anthony's College, Shillong. She started working in DTP ever since she was in college. She had previously worked for a local newspaper where she was working on the layout. She came to know about Chillibreeze through a friend. She was introduced to the Leadership team and had a one week training where she was selected for the job.
