How did you decide what kind of services to offer?
We studied the skills and aptitude of the people before deciding on graphic and animation services. In addition we did some research on the kinds of training institutions and the graduates coming from these.
What have you learned since starting?
We now know how hard it is to pioneer and create a global outsourcing company in a culture that has never been exposed to this before. For examples parents don't understand what we do and would rather have their children work for the government and sometimes discourage their children from working in a private company.
How has the history of exploitation of the people in NE impacted you?
There is a lot of distrust as the result of people from South India setting up fake training centers or creating other means of taking money from the local population.
What are other factors that influence the success of Chillibreeze?
We are very fortunate to have hired a core group of young people who are sincere and dedicated to making Chillibreeze a success.
