Work is an important part of life and we value the contribution of all roles. Quality, reliable, faithful, diligent, honest work is something that has value in itself and is a reflection of a God who values work. It is not just a means to an end but minute by minute and task by task it adds value to others. We believe work itself can be a real benefit to many people and is one of the most important ways we serve people, meet our own needs, meet our family needs, help our community and earn money to give to others.

We strive to do what we say with customers, our team members and others. We make sure we are not skipping details. When possible we respond to customer or coworkers within hours with clear honest answers. We give our best at work while helping others to get their work done. By protecting the environment and advocating social justice and serving the community we can be an example. in addition we will follow the World Economic Forum 2006 plan of applying core competencies to add value to people with a focus on reducing malaria, improving wood burning technology and publishing booklets for India’s poor.
