How do you keep up to global standards?
Because we are in a remote location with high unemployment we have to work extra hard to build a strong company culture to resist negative outside influences. We focus on professionalism and provide training, coaching and mentoring. By modeling reliability, teaching soft skills, discussing work habits and learning teamwork we are raising up people to be the best they can be.
What else do you plan in the future?
In 2007 we have our hands full with all of the above.
