How do you measure referrals?

Customer referrals are an important feature in our business development. Only a satisfied customer will recommend us to others. We send a questionnaire to our customers to survey if they would be willing to refer us to a friend.

 

What about any other feedback from customers?

During project execution, we have a single point of contact for the customer and ensure real time communication on progress, decisions required with respect to changes etc. Also, we value feedback from all our customers and work towards learning lessons and improving.
