Once you complete the form on our web site, one of the members of our team will contact you. The person who contacts you will have an expert knowledge of our services and works closely with our teams. The next steps are:
Project Understanding
We learn your requirements based on your initial documents and description. The more information you can provide in the initial stages, the quicker we can get started.
Trial (not free)
Unless the requirements are similar to one of our earlier projects (which may not be the case, many a times), we do a pilot project to get a better understanding and clarify our questions. This is also a stage where productivity, pricing, schedule, resource requirement and other parameters are established. We will give you a quote for this project and once payment is made we can usually commence development within a day or two.
Transition
Once the proof of concept is complete and the project has become clear, we can take what we have learned and transition it to a team to start the work. The completion of the trial project is followed up with documentation like work order, invoice and NDA (Non Disclosure Agreements) and handled by our operations team. During this entire process from getting in touch with a sales person to getting your project completed; one of our Chillibreeze team members will be dealing exclusively with you.
