If you need professional help with PDF forms and questionnaires, then the first step would be to fill in our enquiry form and send us a project brief. Once you fill in our enquiry form we will mail you a set of questions - to capture your exact needs.
What next?
If you have developed the content for the form, then all you have to do is mail it to us and we will work on the design. Once approved, we will convert it into a PDF form for you. If you need help with designing the content for the form itself, then we will ask our group company Chillibreeze (www.chillibreeze.com) to get in touch with you and they will provide you support in developing professional questions for forms. How do you price your services?
We work both on an hourly basis and at a pre-determined fixed price. Depends on your need. We have clients who have ongoing requirement for design related work and we assign a dedicated resource person (or persons) to work with them. We have but looked at a few questions you may have.
