Smart Draw
Smart draw is business graphic software. It can be used for making diagrams and technical drawings, flowcharts, graphs, layouts, project timelines, software and web site maps, presentations and business documents.
Its USP is ease of use to meet the drawing requirements of non experts - anyone who wishes to draw.
It matches reasonably well in terms of performance parameters, is lower in cost and has interesting features like thousands of symbols and templates, range of ready made color schemes, images for clip art and table editor for creating business forms.
Advantage: One of the best advantages of using SD 7.0 is the huge collection of objects (some say there are more than 50,000). These includes almost everything under the sun - from nuts and bolts to human body parts. Another feature is the Smart Explorer which allows users to browse through all their objects.
Feature: The most interesting feature of Smart Draw 7.0 is no doubt SmartDrawNet, a feature that gives users free webspace to display their drawings. (Applicable to registered users only) Another feature is the Library builder wizard allowing users to store together some of their most frequently used objects.
Cost of Product: A single user license costs $ 297 ($197 if you order before Feb 18) while a 5 user license costs $1405 ($885 before Feb. 18).
